Assignment #2

Write a program that simulates the life cycle of n (randomly generated) processes, given that only two may be on execution at the same time and their time-share is 30 seconds. Also randomly mark one process as I/O type and change status accordingly.
(Escriba un programa que simule el ciclo de vida de n (numero aleatorio de) procesos, dado que solo dos de estos pueden estar en ejecucion al mismo tiempo y que el tiempo de ejecucion es de 30 segundos. Tambien simule que de vez en cuando uno de los procesos hara una peticion de I/O y su estado cambiara de acuerdo a eso.)
